THE Vodafone Fiji Football side will be without defender Laisenia Raura for the match against Mauritius this Sunday.

Fiji FA Competitions Manager Amitesh Pal has confirmed that Raura has been suspended for two matches for the red card he received in yesterday’s 3-nil win over New Caledonia.

Pal said that the reason for the card was violent conduct as he fouled another player without the ball.

Raura was also the captain for Fiji in yesterday’s match, his first in national colors.

Fiji will play Mauritus in its next match at 3pm this Sunday, March 24 at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
