SODELPA leader Sitiveni Rabuka has opted not to give any evidence in court.

Mr Rabuka’s lawyer Ian Lloyd also said that defence would not be presenting any witness in court.

The closing submissions from both parties will be heard before Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa at 11am tomorrow.

The prosecution closed its case earlier today after they presented two witnesses in court.

A total of 18 exhibits and four statements were also presented to court by the prosecution.

Mr Rabuka is charged in relation to his alleged failure to declare his assets, liabilities and income contrary to the Political Party Act.
