RAVORAVO Rabbitohs is keen to reach the final of the Fiji National Rugby League Vodafone Cup premier grade this year.
The Rabbitohs, a breakaway club of the 2015 Vodafone Cup champions the Sabeto Roosters, was formed last year.
In the initial year of the competition, the Rabbitohs reached the premier grade quarter-final losing out to the Police Sharks.
This year the side has already done one better by qualifying for the semi-finals.
Former Fiji Bati rep Tikiko Noke and Josateki Savou are the side’s key players and trump cards in this Saturday’s semi-final against Makoi Bulldogs.
The Rabbitohs defeated last year’s finalist Burenitu Cowboys 15-12 in the quarter-final rematch at Ra High School on Wednesday.
Rabbitohs coach Setareki Vuniyayawa said the side’s recovery period for the semi-final was very short. The Rabbitohs won the Nadi Aviators zone after defeating Nadi Eels in the final.
