Queensland Country expects Drua to showcase Fijian flair

QUEENSLAND Country skipper Duncan Paia’aua says the Fiji Airways Drua team is expected to showcase its trademark Fijian flair and offload game when they meet in the NRC grand final tomorrow.

He said the Fijians had been consistent and kept improving their performances, therefore, they would be a tough nut to crack in front of their home fans.

Paia’aua said the Drua would be hard to contain, especially in counter-attacks and their offloading skills was impressive.

He said the visitors were also here to win and would play their hearts out to defend the title.

The visitors will also have some Fijian flair in the team in flyer Filipo Daugunu and backline defence coach Mosese Rauluni.

The much-anticipated clash will be held at Lautoka’s Churchill Park tomorrow at 3.30pm.
