Premier league: Suva moves to third spot on points table

SUVA managed to score a goal to level the points to a 1-all draw against Rewa in the Vodafone Premier League this afternoon at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour.

Suva has moved to third spot in the points table with 16 points forcing Nadi to fourth place after their win against Nasinu 2-1 yesterday.

Jonetani Buksh scored for Rewa in the opening minutes of the second half to lead the capital side 1-0 before Solomon Islander footballer Gagame Feni scored the equaliser for Suva to level the scores 1-all till the fulltime whistle.

Meanwhile, in the Senior League Lami thrashed Savusavu 6-0 and Navua beat Dreketi 3-0 earlier today.
