A TOTAL of 81 students were inducted as prefects and heads to lead close to 400 students at Rampur College in Navua this morning.
Chief guest Minister for Infrastructure Jone Usamate reminded the prefects to serve with dignity.
He said it was their responsibility to serve students and not to be served by abusing their power.
College principal Shad Ali said the school roll had increased over the past years.
“We believe in discipline because this is the only way we can achieve academic excellence.
“Out of the 81 prefects, we have more than 20 senior prefects and four school heads,” he said.
