Prasad counts his lucky stars

68-year-old Suren Prasad is counting his lucky stars on Christmas Eve after escaping serious injuries from an accident in Vuci road, Nausori today.

Mr Prasad was driving a tractor which tumbled after been hit by a passing taxi.

He claims he gave the traffic indicator about 30 metres beforehand but the taxi was speeding and tried to overtake him which led to the collision.

After about ten minutes of the accident, the taxi driver was then rushed to the hospital.
