Post Fiji warns against fake competition

MEMBERS of the public have been warned against a fake Post Fiji competition circulated across social media, containing misleading information.
In a statement yesterday, Post Fiji confirmed they were working with the Fiji Police Force and Police cybercrime team in trying to apprehend the administrator of the fake social media account.
“Post Fiji wishes to advise the public that a fake Post Fiji competition is currently being circulated with misleading information’s via social media advising members of the public to attempt a competition and be in the draw to win valuable prizes,” the company highlighted in a statement.
“Members of the public are hereby advised that Post Fiji is NOT conducting such social media competitions and thus anyone who receives such notifications should withdraw from responding or participating.
“Members of the public are requested to contact the Post Fiji retail operations team on 3302022 if such notification should appear on their social media account.”
