Polling officer who was allegedly electrocuted discharged

THE polling officer who was allegedly electrocuted while delivering ballot boxes after pre-polling last week in Tavua has been discharged from hospital.

According to police, the man was admitted at the Lautoka Hospital in stable condition after the incident.

Investigations into the incident continue.
