Update: 11:33AM PRIME Minister Voreqe Bainimarama will visit flood affected areas in Nadi and Ba today.
The PM visited some parts of Ba earlier this week and is expected to visit the remainder of Ba and those who were impacted in Nadi.
Concerns have been raised by people seeking shelter at evacuation centres about schools not being open or prepared to take them in when they fled their homes in the early hours of Sunday April 1 after flood waters entered their homes.
Political parties and individuals have also raised concerns about the lack of medical personnel visiting evacuation centres in light of the meningococcal outbreak in the Western Division.
