Player transfer window opens in January

THE Fiji Football Association player transfer window opens in less than two weeks’ time.

Fiji Football Association CEO Mohammed Yusuf has confirmed that the transfer window opens on January 1 and will last the whole month.

“Our season beginning window opens in January. Our mid-season window will be from July 1 -5 next year unlike previous years when we had it in September,” he said.

Teams of Ba and Lautoka will have a good chance to strengthen their squads ahead of the OFC Champions League next year.
