CHINESE investor Great-han International Company Ltd is looking at expanding its investment portfolio in Fiji following its multi-million dollar plan to build the No.1 (Fiji) International Mansion in Suva.
The company’s sales manager, May Zhao, said they were committed to providing local and overseas investors with cost-effective freehold real estate property.
“Our company is looking for other investments. We will emphasise on investing in real estate property and we are planning to develop No.2 (Fiji) International Mansion and a high-end yacht villa project.
“We have already started pre-selling for our No.1 (Fiji) International Mansion apartments in Suva and we are planning to complete the project at the end of 2016.”
Ms Zhao said the company was willing to offer employment opportunities for local and overseas workers.
She said the price of land and property along Princess Rd increased by about 30 per cent in the past year.
“The scopes for the apartment appreciation are great and considerable in this area. Besides, the growing demand for renting apartments exceeds the supply in this area with rental price soaring by about 30 per cent in the past year,” Ms Zhao said.
She said Fiji’s natural environment was a big attraction for investors.
“In our opinion, Fiji is the most purest country in the world because it has the most beautiful natural scenery.
“The living environment is healthy with unspoilt beauty and the people are the friendliest in the world,” she said.
Meanwhile, the No.1 (Fiji) International Mansion will have 63 luxurious units.
Ms Zhao said 51 units would be about 120 square metres with a living area and balcony.
“10 units would be about 105sqm and two units would be about 98sqm.”
