PFTAC celebrates 25 years

DELEGATES from across the globe are in Nadi this week for the Pacific High Level Dialogue Capacity Development and Growth meeting this week.
The meeting is organised by the Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Centre (PFTAC) in collaboration with agencies like Asian Development Bank and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade among others.
Speaking at the event at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa this morning, Acting Prime Minister and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum highlighted that PFTAC, which is celebrating its 25th year, had grown into a dedicated team of experts that provided services in areas like public financial management.
He also said PFTAC helped to share expertise and contribute to growth and development in the region.
The meeting ends on Friday.
