PASAI congress ends on a high

THE 22nd Congress for the Pacific Association Supreme Auditors Institutes ended at the Intercontinental Resort and Spa in Sigatoka today.

PASAI chairman and Fiji Auditor General Ajay Nand said the four day meeting consisted of fruitful discussions that focused on the needs of the 28 regional members.

He said with Fiji’s appointment as chair for the next 12 months, they were looking to working with regional partners in improving the work of auditors in the region.

The next congress will be held in Palau where Fiji is expected to hand over the chairmanship role.
