Parliament Speaker to review camera footage

IT is a camera zone.

That’s the confirmation from the Fijian Parliament secretariat after an alleged altercation between National Federation Party MP Pio Tikoduadua and Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama in the Parliament complex.

The Parliament secretariat said yesterday the Speaker of the House, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, would look at the CCTV footage before making any comment.

According to the Parliament secretariat, the area had surveillance cameras and would have captured the alleged incident.
