A PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS Global meeting was held in Nadi yesterday for PwC leaders from the Asia Pacific region.

PwC Asia Pacific assistance leader Humphrey Choi said the PwC Global Meeting was an opportunity for leaders to discuss important business transformations.

“The whole purpose of us coming here is every couple of months, all of the leaders from the Asia Pacific come together to talk about our major priorities in the Asia Pacific including the growth agenda and transformation and of course our business models,” he said.

“We are so grateful to be here with Fiji being our wonderful hosts and we are in a fantastic environment among great friends.

“I think we achieved a lot of good objectives and also reach out to this very important part of the world and we can see great potential for this country to become future leaders.”

PwC is the second largest professional services firm in the world.

With a global brand worth of close to $US23 billion, the company has been in existence for 250 years and in Fiji for 60 years through legacy firms.

PwC Fiji recently announced two new partners Deepa Kapadia and Narotam Solanki who begin their new roles in January, 2020.
