A COMPANY that started operating 14 years ago with just one staff member has now expanded its reach to become a one-stop-shop for all businesses and individuals for their printing needs.
Redox Ltd is one of the largest promotional product companies in the Pacific and is an accredited APPA Member and PPAI.
Located at Sports City complex in Laucala Bay, Redox managing director Aiaz Hamid said they offered a wide range of graphic art solutions, such as digital press services, graphic design services, promotional products, display solutions and signs.
Mr Hamid said the company employed 12 staff members who worked at their one-stop-shop at Sports City.
The company has been progressively growing over the past few years and today it has more than 15,000 products that clients can choose from.
According to Mr Hamid, they do printing of business cards, printing on any kind of products such as promotional personalised mugs, key chains, bottle openers, caps, clocks, USBs, T-shirts, bags, to name a few.
He said as distributors they were agents for a wide range of factory promotional products and agency brands.
The company offers small and large quantities productions whereby their solutions include screen-printing, pad printing, gold foil, embossing, digital print, heat press sublimation, embroidery, vinyl cut, large format prints and more.
Mr Hamid said with advances in technology and development in the printing industry, they had been able to equip their facility with the latest technology that had improved the turnaround time on printing.
He said business cards were now printed within 20 minutes of the order, making their service instant and efficient.
In this fast pace era individuals and businesses are always on the go and require last-minute orders to be completed instantly and that is where Redox comes in.
Mr Hamid said Redox had a reputation of delivering products on time and with the manufacturer prices to their customers in Fiji and the Pacific.
The company launched its website recently — www.redoxonline.com — where Mr Hamid said potential customers would get all the necessary information they needed about their products and services.
Mr Hamid said the best part was they worked with their clients on meeting their needs and had prices that were affordable according to the quality of work carried out.
As part of their expansion plans for the company, Mr Hamid said they were looking at introducing more products for their clients in future.
He said they had given their proposal to Government about bringing a product from Israel to be sold in Fiji.
Mr Hamid said the product was called homebiogas and they planned to distribute it to buyers in Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific Islands.
The homebiogas can break down food waste and convert it into biogas and fertiliser which can then be used for cooking and manure for the garden.
“We plan to bring it for our restaurants but we have had some interest from other businesses who want the appliance.
“So we have requested the Government for approval,” he said.
