Olosara snooker club confident of reaching semis

The Olosara Club is confident of reaching the semi-finals of the Phil’s Autoport-sponsored North West Billiards and Snooker Association (NWBSA) 2020 League.

The side with homegrown talents such as Salvin Shalendra, Ronald Singh, Navin Datt and Manav Raj defeated Simla Warriors 4-3 to move up to second position on the NWBSA 2020 League points table.

In another tight affair, defending champions Simla Dragons beat Lautoka Shooters 4-3.

Table leaders Nadi Sport Club continued its winning run defeating Nadi Club 5-2.

North West Billiards and Snooker Association executive member Reemal Narayan said the ninth round of the competition would be played on Saturday, October 24.

Round nine fixtures: Lautoka Club-Nadi Sports Club, Simla Dragons-Nadi Club, South Seas United-South Seas Warriors.
