NIUE rugby team visited the Gospel School for the Deaf this afternoon under the Impact Beyond Rugby program.

Students of the school warmly welcomed the team with a short skit.

Team manager Sidney Lui expressed her gratitude for having the team welcomed with open arms.

“It was an emotional experience for the boys. Most of them have been away from their family for two weeks and this visit gave us a little bit of that homely feeling,” said Lui.

The team gifted the school with a Niue flag.
