No one will be spared in the operation police is presently conducting at Nausori Town.

Police chief operations officer Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Abdul Khan did not mince his words when he made the comment at a meeting with stakeholders and members of the Nausori community on Thursday night.

A policewoman was among 15 people arrested by police within one week of intense operations in a town many claimed was overrun with drug dealers and prostitution.

“We also had one of our own and she has been remanded as well,” he said.

“So nobody will be saved in these operations. “As our commissioner has been saying, if you are a dirty cop then this institution is not for you.”

ACP Khan said the 15 arrests made were for different criminal offences.

“We have found people to be in possession of illicit drugs and some were of thefts.”
