The people of Namara, Tailevu, have until the end of this month to get themselves vaccinated against COVID-19.

If they do not get the jab, bus services to the area will be ceased.

District representative Sekaia Mua made the announcement at the launch of the 16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women campaign yesterday.

Tailevu provincial administrator Josefa Rokonai said a lot of people in Namara had refused to get the jab and the “no jab, no bus” policy should change that.
