YESTERDAY marked a new era for Fiji Fashion Week (FJFW) with the launch of its re-branded logo.

FJFW managing director Ellen Whippy-Knight said a firm called Strategy Creative from Australia designed FJFW’s new logo with a new font which now belonged to FJFW.

She said she had been working with Strategy Creative while in Australia and requested for them to develop a new brand for FJFW20.

“You will notice that this new logo definitely stands out, it’s a modernised version of font, it’s so bold and strong,” she said.

“We are a strong brand on our own now, 12-13 years later and the name speaks for itself.

“The new logo launches us into a new era and a new decade.”

She added that 2020 was also declared the year of the oceans by the United Nations so their theme would be centered around it next year.
