SUKUNA Bowl tanoa holders the Republic of Fiji Military Forces had their captain’s run at the ANZ Stadium in Suva yesterday.

It was a walk through for the men from Delainabua as they applied the final touches to their preparations before today’s big game.

Army captain and blindside flanker Aminiasi Nava said the players were happy and ready for a good outing tomorrow (today).

“We have done all we can, no injuries and morale is high as well.”

Army team manager Major Elia Rokowailoa said they always prepared for everything whether it be duty or rugby and they had prepared well for this next challenge as well. “The players know what is expected of them,” said Rokowailoa.

“They know how we have prepared ourselves to reach this point as well as they know the commanders intent to keep the Sukuna Bowl in Delainabua and no doubt we will deliver.”

The Sukuna Bowl challenge main event will kick off at 6pm at the ANZ Stadium today.
