THE State has confirmed receiving all the necessary documents needed in the bail application of the New Zealand resident charged with the alleged murder of a family of five in the Nausori Highlands in August this year.

The case was called again today and Justice Ranjageeva Wimalasena has set a bail hearing date for Muhammad Raheesh Isoof.

Mr Isoof has been in remand ever since the case was first called in the Nadi Magistrates Court in September.

The bail hearing will be heard in the High Court in Lautoka next Tuesday.
