Nasinu leads zone

NASINU football side currently leads in the Vodafone Senior League in the Viti Levu zone.
This is after the former giant killers of the premier division thumped Rakiraki 6-2 in their last fixture at the Ra Sports ground on March 5.
Lami started the competition on a high note and led the points table with better goal difference but the Shivam Nathan coached side climbed the ladder after Lami and Nadroga played to a 3-all draw on the same day.
After playing five matches, Nasinu has won all the matches and sits with 15 points while Lami has 13 points after the same number of games.
Tailevu Naitasiri after playing five matches sits on third position with seven points in which they won two matches, drew one and lost two. Navua is on fourth position with six points after playing four matches in which they won two and lost two. Nadroga after playing five matches sits on fifth position with five points with one win, two draws and two losses.
Rakiraki is second last on the standing with three points after playing four matches with a win and three losses.
Northland Tailevu sits at the bottom of the points table after playing five matches and are yet to register a win.
