AMRITA Nand is urging all women, and young girls to make use of their God-given talent.

Mrs Nand was among the 365 women who were part of the Central Division Women craft show being held today at the Sukuna Park in Suva.

The 30-year-old has bulks of handiworks sold at her stall, including dream catchers made from crochet knitting.

She said it was in 2017 when she realised she had the talent to do handicraft works.

“I just made one small ball from crochet knitting and people admired my work so I decided to sell them,” Mrs Nand said.

“For us girls, if you think you have the skills, make use of it.

“I never thought of doing this but here I am doing it, this is also a way for me to support my family.”
