Nadi sets target

DEFENDING champions Nadi will be aiming to get their Vodafone Premier League title hopes back on track after losing to Suva 2-1 last Sunday.
The Jack’s of Fiji-sponsored Nadi side will play two games this weekend.
At 7.30pm today, Nadi will host Lautoka at Prince Charles Park.
Tomorrow at 3pm, Nadi will battle Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park at 3pm.
Ba has taken a commanding lead in the competition and is eight points ahead of nearest rival Lautoka.
With the two top teams guaranteed a spot at 2017 Oceania Champions League, the closing rounds of matches will be very important.
Nadi Football Association president Navneeda Gounder said there was still a long way to go in the competition.
Gounder said they were hopeful to bounce back after the loss to Suva.
In another match on Saturday, Dreketi will play Labasa at 7pm at Subrail Park in a northern derby.
The VPL is expected to be completed before the 2016 Rams Cleaning Services Pacific Cup which will be played at Prince Charles Park from November 16-20.
