Motor spares company claims Natadola golf title

SIGATOKA Motor Spares won the 2015 Vodafone Masters Ambrose at the Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course yesterday.
The side scored 55.75 nett.
Natadola Golf finished as the runner-up with 56 nett.
The tournament was organised by Vodafone Fiji in July to celebrate its birthday month.
The first tournament was held seven years ago.
This year marked Vodafone Fiji’s 21 years of successful operation in the country and attracted 22 teams and 88 players.
Vodafone chief commercial officer Ronald Prasad said they wanted to share their success with their business partners and clients.
“It is also a great opportunity for the many passionate golfers to join in the celebrations,” he said.
“The winners were presented with trophies and prizes by special guest and Vodafone Fiji 7s team captain Osea Kolinisau who also played in the event.”
The golfers and invited guests were treated to a cocktail party by Vodafone.
Alvin Singh took out the longest drive for the men’s while Edwina Peterson hit the longest drive in the ladies section.
The Vodafone Classic will be held at the Fiji Golf Club on August 8.
