Update: 8:35PM HAVING to look after a child who suffers from Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpure (ITP) can be a challenge.
But for Losalini Tamanitokula, she believes patience and family support is key.
Ms Tamanitokula has a five-year-old adopted son, a twin, who was diagnosed this year with ITP, a disorder that can lead to easy or excessive bruising and bleeding.
Today, her family and friends gathered at her home in Cunningham, Suva, in support of her stand against cancer to have her head shaved.
