A mother and her four-year-old son are counting their lucky stars after they escaped a blaze at their Koronivia home in Rewa a little after midday today.
Home owner Hussain Ahmed said he was happy to see both his wife and son safe.
“When I heard about the incident, I was so shocked because I feared for the safety of my wife and son,” Mr Ahmed said.
He said they could not save any household items from their three bedroom house, except for the clothes on their back.
