Ministry organises National Youth and Sports Day celebration

THE Ministry of Youth and Sports have organised 42 venues around the country to host the celebration of National Youth and Sports Day on Friday.

Various sports activities that focuses in promoting healthy living will be the objective of the day as non-competitive sports are scheduled for different categories.

The ministry’s idea for the National Sports and Wellness Day begins with the theme of ‘Healthy Fiji starts with You’.

A total amount of $50,000 will be used to fund the program on Friday.
