A quarter pound (as we know it) of Rewa Butter costs $2.75.
The minimum wage is $2.68 per hour.
A person has to work a bit more than an hour to be able to buy a quarter pound.
Now, I was looking at a good pair of school sandals, e.g. Cebo.
An advert in the newspaper advertised that a child’s pair costs $115.
Wow, can someone calculate home many hours does a person on minimum wage have to work to be able to buy a pair for his child.
When I try to calculate it — my calculator keeps saying .. error, error, error.
