Milestone achievement for ICT company

DIWALI came with a bang this year for Datec Fiji Ltd when it acquired the most current ISO-9001:2015 accreditation.
Datec Fiji is a fully owned subsidiary of Vodafone Fiji Ltd and this is a big achievement for the company as it is now the first ICT solutions provider in Fiji to be certified under ISO-9001:2015.
In 1998 Datec was formally recognized as a quality organisation with the ISO9002 certification — a feat no other IT company has achieved in Fiji to date.
In November 2009, Datec achieved a further milestone in its quality journey being the first IT company in Fiji to make a successful transition to the ISO9001:2008 certification after a comprehensive quality audit conducted by BVQI — a New Zealand based quality certification and accreditation body.
Datec’s emphasis has always been quality and long-term solutions for their customers and has implemented a total quality management System built around its focus on customer service, its people, standardised high quality work practices and a system for continuous quality improvement.

ISO 9000 — quality management

What is ISO-9001:2015?
