Mike Tyson has been offered a staggering $32m for a bout with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

The organisation’s president David Feldman confirmed the massive bid to the 53-year-old in an interview with MMA Fighting.

The development came as more footage emerged on social media of the former world heavyweight boxing champion training and showing off his body transformation.

“I want to see if we can make the Mike thing happen, period, and then we’ll start talking opponents,” Feldman said.

“I want to see if we can make the Mike thing happen, period, and then we’ll start talking opponents,” Feldman said.

“He did say no immediately. But I think there’s room there. I think I know what we need to do to make this thing happen.”

Tyson has indicated a desire to return for short exhibition boxing bouts, looking to donate profits to charities, particularly for the homeless and drug-addicted.

Feldman did reveal that he felt a bare knuckle fight between Tyson and MMA veteran Wanderlei Silva could work.

Silva, a 43-year-old Brazilian named “The Axe Murderer”, has already broached the idea of fighting Tyson with the bare knuckle organisation.

“I think a Wanderlei Silva, someone of that nature. No matter how old Silva gets, he’s dangerous, and I think that would be an intriguing matchup. Something like that, but I don’t actually have anything in mind right now,” Feldman told MMA Fighting.

Tyson has hinted he will name his opponent shortly.
