TWO men charged with a count each of aggravated burglary and theft pleaded guilty to all the charges when they appeared before Suva High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar this morning.
It is alleged that Jovilisi Vueti and Anasa Ranasau entered the Vinod Patel building in Nausori and stole assorted items worth $9389 on September 26, 2018.
State lawyer Inia Rakaria sought time to file the summary of facts while defense lawyer Lisiate Qetaki requested seven days to file mitigation submissions.
The two have been remanded and the case has been adjourned to December 10 for sentencing.
