Mazey: Sports personalities send home $30-60m annually

SPORTS personalities are estimated to be sending $30 to $60 million annually back to Fiji.

This was stated by Executive Chairman, Fiji National Sports Commission Peter Mazey during his presentation to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence on January 21, 2020.

He appeared before the committee to make a submission on the Convention on Manipulation of Sports Competitions.
