Man to appear in court for murder of elderly woman

A 28-year-old man has been charged with the alleged murder of the 75-year-old woman whose body was found in her home at Koronivia outside Nausori on Thursday earlier this week.

Police say the man lives in the same locality.

He has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of murder, and will be produced at the Nausori Magistrates Court tomorrow.
