A 45-YEAR-OLD man charged for being found in possession of illicit drugs has been granted bail by the Nasinu Magistrates Court.
Penisoni Kalokalo is alleged to have unlawfully possessed 68.9grams of marijuana on October 19, 2018, in Nasinu.
Police prosecutor Setareki Mocevakaca served full phase disclosures.
Magistrate Sufia Hamza has granted Mr Kalokalo a cash bail in the sum of $200.
She has also imposed a curfew from 6pm to 6am.
The case has been adjourned to November 30 for a plea.
