An electrician died on Friday afternoon in Rakiraki after he fell off a ladder.
Ashneel Mani, 32, was working at a house at Wailevu, Nanuku at the time of the incident.
He was rushed to the Rakiraki Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro confirmed the tragic death.
“A 32-year-old electrician of Nanuku settlement fell from a three-metre ladder causing serious injuries,” she said.
“He was rushed to Rakiraki hospital where he was pronounced dead.”
