Levuka 14 to appear in court

THE 14 men who are alleged to have been involved in the attack against Police officers in Levuka have been charged.

Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro says the accused persons are aged between 20 to 45 years and have been charged with various offences such as common nuisance, disobedience of lawful order, serious assault, criminal intimidation, and obstructing a police officer.

All will be produced at the Nausori Magistrates Court today.
