The inaugural grand opening of the Finance Hub Super League will set the platform for all participating teams to showcase their talents.
The Finance Hub Super League is the country’s premier tier one netball competition, featuring six netball districts; Lautoka, Suva, Nasinu, Nadroga, plus Tailevu and Naitasiri.
It is scheduled for this Saturday at the FMF Gymnasium in Laucala Bay, Suva.
The league will run every weekend for six weeks.
Rounds two and three will take place at the multi-purpose court in Lautoka on June 3 and 10, respectively.
Round four is scheduled for June 17 at the FMF Gymnasium, followed by round five on June 24, also at that gymnasium.
Netball Fiji CEO Vivian Koster expressed her excitement about the upcoming event.
“Netball Fiji’s partnership with The Finance Hub means that we can grow together into a competitive top tier product,” Koster said.
“We recognise the need to have regular, high-level competition for our athletes. This will help grow our base of players for both the U21 and Fiji Pearls.”
The finals are set to take place on July 8 at the FMF Gymnasium.
