Lavinia Padarath laid to rest

THE late Lavinia Padarath, 74, was a formidable and remarkable woman of Faith.

While delivering his eulogy on behalf of the Fiji Labour Part,y leader Mahendra Chaudhary highlighted this during Mrs Padarath’s funeral service held at the Wesley City Mission church at Butt St today.

He said her commitment to party principles and policies were unwavering.

“It will now be difficult for the party to fill the void this woman has left behind,” he said.

Her Son , Ben Padarath said she was committed to her family , friends and in everything she was involved in.

The late Mrs Padarath is survived by her three children and four grandchildren.

She was laid to rest at the Nasinu Cemetery.
