Labasa lawyer charged with 15 counts of criminal offences, including murder

Police have charged the 58-year-old man alleged to have caused the death of a 49-year-old Korotari farmer with 15 counts of criminal offences.

The lawyer has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, one count of conspiracy, seven counts of act intended to cause grievous harm, two counts of criminal intimidation, one count of assault causing actual bodily harm and one count of damaging property.

He will be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court today.
