Kumar eager to knockout Singh

Rahul Aaron Kumar is aiming for a knockout win when he takes on Junior Binnu Singh for the Fiji flyweight title during the Bula Boxing Promotions program at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

Binnu and Kumar will clash in the undercard of the main bout between Rahul Naidu and Nathan Singh for the Fiji lightweight title.

He said his preparation was on track.

“This time I’m coming out for a knockout,” Kumar said.

“It will be war and I’m ready for war. This is a title fight so my message to Binnu is to come stronger because it won’t be an easy fight. I have been training under the Mulomulo Boxing Club banner.”

Bula Boxing Promotions promoter Alan Kumar said this was their first program.

Alan said they would make the event unique with a different set-up and lighting.

The tickets will be available at Sports World in Suva, Sigatoka, Nadi and Lautoka.

$30 for ringside and $15 pavilion seating.
