Krishna: Football in India growing each season

AFTER his first year with Indian Super League, Fiji football captain Roy Krishna said while the A-League was better, the sport of football in India was growing each season.

Krishna returned home on Sunday after helping his ATK team win the Indian Super League title this year.

“This season was the toughest in terms of the competition, which was expected and that is the reason I joined ATK, which is one of the best football clubs in India,” the Siberia, Labasa lad said.

“It was a humbling experience and the people were very nice there as well.”
