“HE is charming and a good representative of the Queen.”

That is how Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa described Prince Harry, The Duke Of Sussex.

In welcoming the royal couple at the Nausori International Airport yesterday, Ro Teimumu said the Duke and the Duchess were so humble.

“The young royals have been very well briefed and they were fully aware of the traditional protocols to observe upon arrival,” she said.

“He (Prince Harry) is very charming and very brave and is a good representative of The Queen.”

Ro Teimumu said Prince Harry had served in some volatile peacekeeping missions and was aware of the issues around them.

She also expressed her disappointment on the official invitations for the royal tour being sent late to some people by the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Meanwhile, in welcoming the couple, Ro Teimumu knelt and cupped her hands after shaking their hands as a sign of respect.
