Keeping Fiji clean

Our Prime Minister has gone on radio talking about keeping Fiji clean.
Many are still seen as the bad potatoes all the time. No matter how much we try, there is rubbish all around us and most didn’t even bother to clean up their mess. Ever since government has introduced fines for littering offenders, I believe there is not much improvement seen so far. I would suggest that all offenders must be put on public shame.
They should be given red reflectors and broom our roads. Then only people will identify them as littering offenders.
Who knows, people may start learning.
If the yellow ribbon program allows offenders to work and clean police stations and other government places, the red reflectors program may start working at a very fast level also.
