Lami Kava has now allowed for an easy payment option for their customers through the M-PAiSA platform for their products at any of its outlets.

According to a statement from the company, with the inclusion of the cashless payment option, this would allow customers to have convenient way to pay for their kava and any other product from their outlets.

Lami Kava has been part of the growing kava industry in the past 30 years and has seen an evolvement of customers’ behaviour when it comes to kava and now extended to payment options.

Managing director Donny Yee said most customers nowadays had hopped on to the cashless trend.

He said this was also part of convenience, as well as delivery, to their customers by providing options at their outlets.

“This payment option has also provided a safe environment for transactions as it also reduces the risk to our customers when they make purchases for their kava at our outlets,” he said.

Lami Kava had partnered with Vodafone to launch a promotion to create awareness to its customers, informing them of this payment option at their outlets.

The company stated with this promotion, any customer could spend $10 dollars or more at any Lami Kava outlet and get 500mb data.

It was said all purchases done through M-PAiSA would get them into the draw to win a 2kg pack of the Brown Label product.

“Exciting times ahead for us in the kava industry and we look forward to creating more innovative ways for the kava experience to be more convenient and easier for our customers.

“As we say in the Lami Kava way, we got you kava’d,” said Mr Yee.
