Job well done

I WRITE to warmly congratulate Osea Kolinisau and his team for a magical performance in Hong Kong. It was the 40th anniversary celebrations for sevens rugby in Hong Kong and what a feast of rugby it was for rugby lovers all over the world.
The Fiji sevens team coached by Ben Ryan and under the command of captain Kolinisau were determined right from the word go!
It was a mission they had promised to achieve even before they had left our shores.
The Fiji team demolished some of the rugby giants of the world.
England went down in a nail-biting fight where emotions ran high. But what really mattered was the end result where Fiji emerged victorious.
Next they slaughtered South Africa and in the thrilling final they defeated New Zealand with a thumping margin to win the crown.
Our prayers and best wishes are with the players for a job well done.
Palm Sunday 2015 will be remembered for a long time as the day when the Fiji 7s team delivered the best gift for the children of Fiji.
May you keep the Fijian flag flying high into the future.
We Fijians are proud indeed to hold our heads high for the achievements in the field of rugby.
