Fijian Holdings Ltd has appointed Isikeli Tikoduadua as the chairman of Merchant Finance Pte Ltd.
FHL Group acting chairman Yogesh Karan says the new chairman is expected to provide new guidance to the existing board and management and assist with innovative product development especially in this difficult times where they have to deal with larger impact of COVID-19 as well as maintain a competitive edge for business sustainability.
With a Masters in Business Administration, Mr Tikoduadua serves on various boards and has vast experience in the banking and finance sector where he has held various senior positions.
Mr Tikoduadua is also the chairman of board of special administrators for Suva City Council.
